We built a new Concierge Access Page that has a URL that users can always be sent to through CTAs as a backup to the QR code entry point. In the previous version of Concierge, access was limited to the QR code entry point, this update implements landing pages that can be linked to a simple URL. The URL will be a unique, yet consistent structure for all access pages - brand.myproductconcierge.com. Moving forward, all CTAs directing customers from their product to the Concierge access page will have both the QR code and the URL as entry points.
