WCM provides a forum for Warranty professionals and executives to learn best practices from a variety of industries, and to discover new challenges and solutions. Since product registration is one of the building blocks for warranty sales, our focus on using the technology that customers use most – like smartphones and messaging apps – to drive more product registrations falls in line with the many of the topics at the conference. We’re looking forward to being a part of the discussion.
International Home + Housewares Show (#IHHS2017) – March 18-21, Chicago, IL
Presented by the International Housewares Association (IHA), this huge event brings together thousands of exhibitors from around the world and more than 62,000 attendees. Follow our Twitter feed and this blog for updates from this exciting show.
IBM Amplify (#IBMAmplify) – March 20-22, Las Vegas, NV
The focus of this year’s conference is right up our alley – how the “Cognitive era” is redefining customer engagement to make each customer feel recognized and special at every step of their journey. This goal is perfectly represented in our solution, Photoregister for Facebook Messenger, which uses a chat bot to help customers register their products.
