The DMN Awards are sponsored by DNM News, the leading provider of digital and data-driven marketing analysis, research, and content. The awards were formerly known as the Marketing and Tech Innovation Awards.
The annual event honors the most innovative marketing technologies, campaigns and personalities across a variety of industries. This year there were 21 DMN Award winners – including Adobe, Salesforce and Dell – and 18 honorable mentions.
Photoregister for Facebook Messenger lets consumers quickly and easily register a purchased product by taking a photo of the Photoregister icon and sending it via messaging app to the manufacturer. The solution employs a number of advanced technologies including a chatbot, machine learning and natural language processing to provide an always-on, intelligent interface layer with customers.
