Cuisinart uses Photoregister to identify and better serve its customers

As a company with more than 20 small appliance and kitchen product lines that are sold through retail outlets, Cuisinart has implemented Photoregister as a way to not only identify its customers, but also gain valuable insights.

In this video, Mary Rodgers, Director of Marketing at Cuisinart talks about how Photoregister has simplified the product registration process for its customers, and resulted in a 68 percent year-over-year increase in product registrations. From these registrations, the company is able to gather valuable insights into not only demographics for each product line, but also consumers’ interests and behaviors – giving the company the ability reach those customers with the right marketing messages.

Rodgers points out that the solution was simple to integrate into the manufacturing process, and talks about future plans to integrate with their call center to make service calls more streamlined and efficient.
